About Us
Board of Directors
United Way of Greater Fall River is governed by an experienced volunteer leadership team, representing a broad mix of community leaders. Board member may serve no more than two consecutive three-year terms, while all officers and standing committee chairs are appointed annually. The Board of Directors meets 11 times during the year at United Way offices. A full agenda is reviewed at each meeting, with presentations given by all committees, including finance, endowment, marketing and campaign, as well as reviews of several miscellaneous reports. Detailed minutes of each meeting are kept on record, representing 61 years of impact in the Greater Fall River community.
